Only authorized personnel can access the systems that keep Osmo running — and only for the purpose of supporting the platform.

No. Your coaching data belongs to you and stays between you, your client, and the secure systems required to keep Osmo working.
We never sell your data or share it with outside companies for advertising or unrelated purposes.

No, AI Assist processes your session securely and privately, only to generate notes and insights for you. Nothing is sent to external model training.

Only what’s necessary to support your coaching experience — things like your name, email, session data, notes you choose to store, and technical information needed to keep your account secure.
We do not collect more than we need, and we do not use your coaching content for anything beyond serving you.
