The challenge
Learning to coach
is only the beginning
Coaching schools provide the knowledge and foundations needed to become a coach, but translating that learning into real-world practice isn’t always easy. Students need opportunities to practice, receive meaningful feedback, and build confidence. Schools often lack the tools to support and track this development consistently. After graduation, many coaches are left to grow independently, without the structure, resources, or community that supported them during their education.
