What is peer coaching in Osmo?
How do I sign up as a coach?

You can request access on our website. Once accepted, you’ll automatically get started on Osmo’s free Explorer plan.

The Explorer plan is designed for coaches taking their first steps toward building a practice. It gives you full access to the platform, up to 3 active clients at a time, and 5 AI-powered coaching sessions of up to one hour each. Additional AI usage is available at $1 per hour.

As your practice grows, you can choose to upgrade to the Practitioner plan for $69.99/month. Practitioner includes full access to the platform, basic white labeling, unlimited clients, and 10 AI-powered coaching sessions of up to one hour each per month. Additional AI usage is available at $0.90 per hour.

Do I need to enter payment details for the trial?

No. You can get started on Osmo’s free Explorer plan without entering payment details.

You’ll only need to add payment information if you choose to upgrade to the Practitioner plan or use additional AI hours beyond what’s included in your plan.

How do I invite clients?

Simply go over to the Clients tab, add their email and send an invitation.
They receive a warm welcome and a private login to their own client portal.

How do I schedule sessions?

Scheduling on Osmo is simple and intuitive — designed to feel as smooth as the coaching relationship itself.

As a coach, you can schedule a session by clicking “Schedule Session” in the Upcoming Session widget or directly from your Calendar.
From there, you’ll see your meeting types and your availability.
Just choose what feels right, pick a date and time, and Osmo takes care of the rest — sending confirmations to both you and your client.

If you allow clients to schedule their own sessions, they’ll follow a similar flow. Set your availability in your calendar settings.
Clients see your availability on their dashboard calendar, choose a time that works for them, and Osmo automatically sends confirmations to both sides.

Simple, clear, and coordinated.

How does the session work?

At your meeting time, both you and your client click Start session from your dashboard.
If you’re using AI Assist, just remember to admit the meeting bot so it can capture notes and insights silently.

How do I take notes during a session?

You may:
Write your own notes after a session
or
Let AI Assist generate structured notes automatically based on an AI template you choose

You can then review, edit, and send these to your client when ready.

Can I customize the AI notes that Osmo generates?

Yes! Osmo comes with a beautifully crafted default AI template that gives you clear, structured session notes right out of the box.

If you prefer a different style, you can also create your own templates with your own prompts.
Just add a new template by navigating to Settings -> AI Templates, write the structure or questions you’d like the AI to follow, and Osmo will generate notes in the exact style that feels right for your practice.

Can I track tasks and client progress?

Yes. You can add tasks, reflections, and follow-ups — all of which appear clearly in your client’s portal.

Does Osmo take a percentage of my earnings?

No. Never. Your income stays entirely yours.

How do I accept payments?

In Settings, you can either connect your Stripe account or add payment links (like PayPal, Venmo, or any URL). You can set your default payment type in Settings -> Client Experience.
Clients see this option when you send invoices.

Can I send contracts or invoices?

Yes. Osmo allows you to send and track contracts, agreements, and invoices directly through the platform.

Can I create coaching packages or programs?

Osmo does not currently manage coaching packages or programs as a separate feature.

Instead, Osmo gives you the flexibility to define your way of working with each client through your coaching contract. Whether you offer single sessions, packages, longer-term programs, or a custom engagement, you can structure the relationship in the way that best fits your practice and your client’s needs.

What is peer coaching in Osmo?

Peer coaching gives coaches a way to learn and grow together inside Osmo.

If you choose to join Peers under Coaching, you can become available as a peer coach and connect with other coaches who have also opted in. It’s a space to practice, exchange feedback, sharpen your skills, and support each other’s growth.

Joining Peers is optional, and you’ll only have access to other peer coaches after you explicitly choose to join.
