What are Pods?

Pods are intimate circles of coaches inside Osmo — spaces for reflection, peer learning, shared wisdom, and support.

They help coaches feel connected, inspired, and grounded in community.

Why do Pods matter?

Coaches rarely get gentle, meaningful spaces to learn together.
Pods offer:
- Companionship
- Shared wisdom
- Emotional support
- Deeper mastery through community

How are Pods created?

Every quarter, Osmo brings new Pods to life automatically.
These Pods are not random — they are formed through a thoughtful matching algorithm that considers your matching preferences.
The intention is simple: to place you in a circle where you feel seen, supported, and genuinely connected.

What do people do in Pods?

Pods can be used for:
- Reflective conversations
- Knowledge sharing
- Collaborative learning
- Peer coaching
- Emotional support for the coaching journey
- Accountability and check-ins

Each Pod has its own rhythm — gentle, spacious, and yours to share

Can I choose not to be matched into a Pod?

Yes. You have full control over your participation.
If you prefer not to be included in the quarterly selection, you can exclude yourself anytime from:
Settings → Pods.
This allows you to step back when needed, without missing out on community features.

How do I join a Pod?

You can explore Pods anytime in the Community section.
Once you’ve updated your coaching profile and matching preferences, and if you’re open to being included in the automatic quarterly Pods, Osmo will gently match you with five other coaches who align with your match criteria.

What are private Pods?

Private Pods are invitation-only spaces.
If you don’t want to be added to them, you can opt out from:
Settings → Pods → Allow coaches to add me to a private pod.
You’ll be hidden from invite lists, and Osmo will gently honor your preference.

Can I create my own Pod?

Absolutely. When you create a Pod, it automatically becomes a private Pod — a small, intentional space shaped by you.

You can invite other coaches into your Pod, as long as they’ve enabled inclusion in private Pods.
If a coach has chosen not to be added to private Pods, they simply won’t appear in your invite list — Osmo respects everyone’s boundaries.

Your Pod becomes a circle that reflects your purpose, your tone, and the community you want to build.

Can I join more than one Pod?

You can create as many private pods as you want. However, each user is limited to only one Quarterly pod.

What if I want to change Pods?

Ideally, we encourage you to get to know your new pod members and offer support, help, coaching content to each other, during the 3 month period. The strongest bonds are often formed between people in unfamiliar settings. If you'd still prefer to change pods, you can reach out to support@osmo.coach

Is Pod content private?

Yes. Only Pod members can see Pod conversations and content.

Is there an extra cost for Pods? Do Pods cost extra?

No. Pods are included as part of your Osmo experience. We believe community should never be behind a paywall.
